According to the head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Iran exported non-oil commodities valued at $937 million to Turkey during the first quarter of the current Iranian calendar year, which spans from March 21 to June 21. This figure represents a significant portion of Iran's overall non-oil exports, highlighting the importance of the Turkish market for Iranian goods. The exports cover a wide range of products, including agricultural products, handicrafts, and manufactured goods. Despite the ongoing economic sanctions imposed on Iran, the country has been actively seeking to diversify its export markets and strengthen trade ties with neighboring countries like Turkey. The strong trade relationship between Iran and Turkey is expected to continue, as both countries seek to enhance economic cooperation and facilitate cross-border trade.
