TEHRAN – Iran's deputy industry, mining and trade minister for commercial affairs, Alireza Peyman-Pak, announced that a comprehensive package of support measures for industries affected by the Israeli-imposed war has been prepared and sent to the cabinet for approval. If approved, the details of this package will be announced to production and industrial units across the country. The prolonged conflict with Israel has taken a significant toll on various sectors of Iran's economy, including manufacturing and industrial production. Many factories and production facilities have been damaged or forced to halt operations due to the ongoing hostilities and disruptions caused by the war. In response to the challenges faced by these industries, the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade has developed a comprehensive support package aimed at providing financial assistance, facilitating access to raw materials, and implementing measures to revive and protect affected businesses. Peyman-Pak emphasized the importance of supporting domestic industries during these difficult times, stating that the government recognizes the crucial role these sectors play in maintaining economic stability and employment. He assured that the proposed package includes a range of measures tailored to address the specific needs of different industries and regions impacted by the conflict. Once approved by the cabinet, the details of the support package will be disseminated to relevant production and industrial units, outlining the eligibility criteria, application processes, and the types of assistance available.
